Privately located in a wilderness sanctuary 15 minutes by car to PDX city center & 10 minutes to Linnton, Bethany, Hillsboro and St Johns. Arrive & unwind in an elevated private spa overlooking a forested canyon. Relax with a campfire under the stars & towering 300 year old Doug Firs while serenaded by world famous Pacific chorus tree frogs. Then retire to a comfortable night’s sleep, courtesy of a Tuft & Needle bed.

McKenzie Bridge River House near Sahalie Falls

Drive down a long private road, set off of the HWY, to find a riverfront cabin amidst the lush Willamette National Forest. As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.
