Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Peaceful, private and centrally-located two bedroom apartment within a 5 minute walk to Depot Town in Ypsilanti. Restaurants, bars and coffee shop are within walking distance. Close to major highways, DTW, EMU and UofM. The apartment is the entire second floor of a two-story home. There is a private entrance and plenty of street parking is available. There is not a formal kitchen in the unit. Key code will be provided the morning of check-in.
