An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Charming Guest House - Dog Friendly - Parking

Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are approved in advance for a $75 pet fee per dog that will be charged separately after booking.

Natures Escape Guesthouse

Nature’s Escape Guesthouse offers a private and peaceful retreat on a quiet three-acre wooded property with a beautiful spring-fed three-quarter-acre stocked pond. Conveniently located just seven miles from Wrightsville Beach and ten miles from downtown Wilmington, the guesthouse provides the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. This studio guest house has a private entrance. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker with a grinder with coffee for your stay and cups for the morning cup of joe.
