This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

Comfy seating with 3 couches, 3 large chair and a halfs and pull out futon. Fully equipped kitchen with walnut counters. Relax outside on our deck or eat on the stone patio after cooking on the grill. Fire pit for nighttime relaxation.

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!

Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Only 20 minutes drive to Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort and a scenic 30 minutes to Lake Placid (21 miles). For fishing enthusiasts, it is situated within walking distance of an Ausable River State fishing area. Neighborhood has a quiet curfew of 10pm.

JUNIPER HILL a-frame

Juniper Hill A-frame is a newly renovated 1968 Adirondack A-frame that is loaded with character and charm. This tiny 700 square foot space is cozy and located with direct views of Whiteface Mountain. Two bedrooms/one bathroom situated on a large parcel of land complete with Christmas tree farm, fire pit, and large front deck. You won’t want to leave, but if you do, the A-frame is within walking, biking or driving distance to just about everything.

Cozy Base Camp for Adirondack Fun

Centrally located in Wilmington, we feature mountain views, spacious sun-filled kitchen/family room, cozy private areas, and a large back deck and a concrete patio for grilling. Just a short drive to Olympic Venues, Lake Placid, and all Adirondack's High Peaks trailheads. We hope to offer small groups and families the chance to find the same enjoyment that we have received from visiting the Adirondacks for generations.

The Bougie Lodge is a cozy two bedroom house nestled in the Adirondacks in the town of Wilmington, steps from Whiteface Mountain, the Au Sable River, and the Flume Trails (as well as several others!). Pigeon Hill cozy studio

Cozy studio apartment situated overlooking the Ausable River, within walking distance of downtown Au Sable Forks, and a short drive to hiking, biking, fly fishing and everything the Adirondacks has to offer. Recently we renovated the deck area and installed a new queen sized bed upstairs.
