Relax in comfortable, cosy converted Stables in a beautiful, peaceful, secure setting on a working farm. Ample car-parking + electrical charging point. Spacious patio outdoor area + seating + fire pit, overlooking paddock with free range chickens. Whilst peaceful and secluded, we are just a 5 min drive from local shops, pubs and amenities. 10 mins to the airport. Explore the beautiful Chew Valley on foot, by bike or car or discover Wells, Cheddar, Bristol + Bath, all within approx 30 min drive.

Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

It is located in beautiful rural Somerset, yet ideal for central Bristol (15 minute drive) and Bristol Airport (less than 10 minute drive). There are lovely local walks straight from the property, with a footpath leading down to the pretty village of Barrow Gurney which has a pub and shop.
