Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Located in London, Arkansas, on Highway 64, adjacent to I-40, the Hale Homestead Barn sits on a family-owned and operated 9.25-acre farm in the Arkansas River Valley. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

With great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the other animals, tour the fledgling food forest or just sit and read on the porch. The Chateau is located at the base of Petit Jean Mt. State Park, former home of Movie House Winery. Experience the quiet, beautiful, quaint, private chateau above the old winery and Chiropractic office~ located in the wine and spine building. Looking for a romantic getaway or girls night out check out this unique gem! Unfortunately this space is adults only. Not suitable for small children. There is a spiral staircase at the entrance.

This rock guest house is built atop a huge boulder. A bridge spans a natural ravine connecting it to the Main House. The guest house has a private deck overlooking the river. There are always birds flying above the river, eagles, geese, pelicans, and of course, the house's namesake: vultures! The sunsets are stunning and its the perfect place for star gazing.
