Studio in quiet countryside setting

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Situated in a delightful countryside setting between Stamford and Grantham.

The Annex

Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Daphne's cottage

Our comfortable self-contained cosy dwelling of traditional build located in a rural village just North of Stamford. A stone throw away from the A1 leading you to points of attraction such as Stamford, a beautiful historic town center. Rutland water, "the largest man made lake in the UK" that is perfect for outdoor activities. Belton Estate, part of the National trust. Keen cyclists are able to store their bicycles safely away in our key lock garage (subject to pre-arrangment)

Post office, shop and pub (10 mins walk) Footpath from the property through fields and woods as far as Belton, Syston and beyond.

Little Oaks at Hillview

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

This 19th century converted barn offers spacious and cosy accomodation and is situated next to the renowned award winning Olive Branch restaurant and is a quick 15 minute drive to central Stamford and Burghley House. Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
