Welcome to the Phoenix Nest! "Whispering Waters" is now our year-round home and "The Phoenix Nest", a private lake front guest suite, is your charming retreat and vacation spot. It is located only 3 miles from Penn Yan on the east side of Keuka Lake. The property is off the main road w/ a spacious yard; perfect for peace and quiet. And you're only steps from the beach and lake. Inside you'll find personal touches and comfortable furnishings. Its year-round nature makes it ideal for all seasons!

The Quad Squad features 2 queen-sized beds in a spacious 15'x20' safari style tent, perfect for groups of 4+, with ample space for relaxing, playing cards or games. The front deck overlooks our peaceful koi pond, and the tent rests just inside the tree line of our 30-acre woodland. Enjoy a truly off-grid glamping experience where you can literally "unplug." Relax around a nightly bonfire (weather permitting), w/ weekly Gourmet S'more and enjoy complimentary, homemade, locally sourced breakfast.

Sleep 2-3 glampers in this elegant tent with queen bed, daybed, sitting area, and spacious front porch to enjoy the views overlooking our peaceful koi pond. Achsah Mongolian Round Tent & Breakfast

Enjoy luxurious comfort, encircled with the romance and intrigue of our round Mongolian platform tent. The Achsah features a king-sized bed, table for two, comfortable chairs & decor, outdoor grill and picnic area, private solar shower and privy. Nesting chairs to literally kick back and enjoy views of the peaceful pond. Guests can access the kitchen daily for a lite breakfast and cold bottled water to go. There is also a covered and open deck to enjoy. This property sits on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail with a lake and pond view surrounded by nature and vineyards. Ten minutes to the historic village of Hammondsport, and one mile to the Point of Bluff venue.

Built in 1820 and newly renovated, The Laurentide Inn is nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, minutes from both the Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine and Brewery trails, ideally located on Historic Main Street in the Village of Penn Yan within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, galleries and a short drive to Finger Lakes area attractions including The Windmill Farm & Craft Market and Watkins Glen. Guest stays include gourmet breakfast for two.
