Whether you want a sandy beach to swim or a relaxing place to float, you will be in a great location. It’s also located within driving distance of Branson, Mo and only 10 minutes to Kenda Drive- In Theatre. The cabin is in a quiet private area with abundant wildlife. The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community.

Enjoy a gentle sloping lot that walks directly out into the beautiful White River. This is a wade and fly fisherman’s paradise. The cabin boasts all new appliances, beds, and furnishings! The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.

The Cabin is a tiny house located in a peaceful, wooded country setting at the base of Gaither Mountain half way between Harrison and Jasper, AR. The Cabin is just off the highway with three quarter mile of gravel / dirt road. Please note, dirt road with gravel, hills, and curves. Close to the Buffalo National River. Excellent opportunities for canoeing, fishing, hiking, bicycling, motorcycling, and wildlife observation. Or relaxing in Mother Nature's backyard.

Small, but cozy, our tiny house tucked in the woods provides everything you need on your Natural State adventure. The cabin is ideal for two people, but can accommodate three.
