Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. Retreat to the city and stay in your own private apartment looking out on goats and chickens at pasture, gardens, and lots of green space. It’s a duplex house consisting of two Airbnbs in one house, there’s a private staircase upstairs to Airbnb, it has a private balcony, private kitchen and private bath. there is no living room or dinning room. It has offstreet parking and 1 space in the driveway. It has 5G Wi-Fi . It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.

Walkout Basement near Creation Museum

Located 7 miles to the Creation Museum, 42 Miles to Ark Encounter, 15 miles to Skiing. This 1,500 Sqft. walkout basement with private entrance and patio in a nice neighborhood on flagged lot providing guest privacy. Well behaved pets welcomed. Hosts live on property should you need anything during your stay. You will be staying in the basement of our private home so you may hear footsteps and our dog. You are welcome to use the walking trails in the neighborhood.

Space is the lower level of our house. We live upstairs. This space is beautiful, clean, spacious. It has its own entrance. Full-size bathroom with shower & jacuzzi tub. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, Electric skillet, Crockpot. It is one bedroom with a queen size bed. A Portable, full size foam mattress in the living area. Private outside deck with view of woods. private parking spot. Wi-Fi. TV in living area and bedroom.
