We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

The Bungalow is a roomy, nicely renovated space easily accessed from rts 80/99. Only 25 min to State College and Altoona. There is a queen bed in the bedroom. One sofa in the living room converts to a king bed (see photos). Currently I have a twin mattress stored in the bedroom. It can be placed in the living room for an additional person. Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee maker. Dining room with access to a small deck. Fully functional outhouse see pics.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Welcome to one of the oldest dwellings in the county. This home dating to ~1790 was the residence for the grist mill manager. The cozy space is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home that is tastefully decorated and complete with all the amenities you need for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.
