Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to four guests (and we've a camp bed that's fine for a child). For larger parties you also can rent the flat upstairs that sleeps another four guests. The flat is in trendy Kensal Rise where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a short walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.

A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

The annex is very cosy. The bedroom has ensuite and there is a separate living room with a very comfy sofa. There is a garden and outside dining table. Our house has the 'Loudwater' sign right outside our house if you don't see the number 9 in the dark. We are also directly opposite Thanestead Court. Our place is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to all places in Buckinghamshire as well as to London. The location is very peaceful.
