This adorable studio apartment is located in the back of a gorgeous 1910 jewel of a home in Tobin Hill. It features a kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a large beautifully tiled walk-in shower. We are located within walking distance of the Pearl area, restaurants, entertainment and watering holes! This is a one-of-a-kind lofted studio apt made from an old master bedroom in a 1908 craftsman home. It is shared with my personal recording studio. The apt has a private dedicated restroom inside the unit. It’s accessed through a key code door that only the tenant will have. The recording studio is typically used 2-3 mornings per week and 1-2 evening per month making it VERY private for guest. We rarely use the kitchen (shared space) making it nearly always available to our guest. W/D included
