Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. Enjoyable even on rainy days - relax on the leather chaise and watch a video or curl up in the sunny corner with a good book

Lemon Tree Cottage

This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.

Morna Point Surf Studio

We welcome you to stay in our studio room situated 300 metres from the amazing Birubi Beach which boasts the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere and awesome waves on your back door. We love the location of our house and hope you do too. The studio is located at the back of our property where we live along with our two children and small dog.
