Very old, special and atypical house, since it’s partially carved in natural rock, organized on 3 floors, in the middle of the historical center of Bomarzo. The house has been obtained inside the fortified walls of the ancient duke’s fortress and totally renovated by an architect, respecting the history and the original materials. It’s fresh in summer and equipped of heating for winter. Internet and wi-fi is included. Free parking, a bar and a delicious restaurant are only few meters far.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Antica casa completamente ristrutturata nel cuore del paese. L'alloggio è disposto su tre piani, il primo completo di cucina sala da pranzo e un piccolo bagno di servizio. Il secondo piano accoglie la stanza matrimoniale e il bagno con doccia. Il terzo piano si divide in una graziosa mansarda che dispone di quattro posti letto divisi tra un divano letto e due letti singoli in un'altra stanza. La casa dispone di 3 TV, 2 camini, lenzuola e armadi capienti.
