Amazing views and a quick drive to Boulder, Eldora, Longmont, and Gunbarrel. This cozy spot is within a spilt-level home and provides privacy as a separate unit.

A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
