Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and the Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland. It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is an additional cottage directly above, where you may hear noise if occupied. A dog (poodle) might come by and say hello. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds & outdoor fountains.

You'll see people on their morning/ evening walks, walking their dogs, hanging out on their porches, riding bikes, etc., families, singles, old and young. Neighbors are pretty friendly here. We have a completely separate guest suite with a private entrance, patio and en-suite bathroom on our property. Our neighborhood is safe and family-oriented! Your guest suite is also fenced off with a 6-foot tall vinyl gate from our backyard for your total privacy. Guests will not have access to our main house or backyard. For long-term stays, we can only accommodate 1 guest. Please refer to our "space" list to view amenities offered.
