Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

With only 100 yards to the beach it really is in the perfect location.

The property is situated in the picturesque town of Inveraray on the west coast of Scotland with stunning views of Loch Fyne, the longest sea loch in Scotland. Inveraray castle home of the clan Campbell and Inveraray jail are close by. The property comprises of the top two floors of the former Temperance Hotel and has stunning views from lounge and bedroom windows.
