Our idyllic shepherd’s hut is perfect for a quiet holiday. We’re off the beaten track, in a small hamlet, with nearby large farm shop/restaurant. We're just a ten minute drive to the long, sandy beach at Gwithian in St Ives bay. The hut is at the end of our big garden, overlooking fields and has its own outside eating area and fire pit/bbq. There’s a wood stove inside for cosy evenings. This is also a good place to work - quiet and with a table by the window, with views across fields.

There are 2 bedrooms (double and two single beds, plus a cot if needed). Parking, WiFi, on demand TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric, bed linen & towels are all included. Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed on booking (apart from between July 19th and 30th August). Closed from November to February.

Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. There are 2 bedrooms.
