Updated cabin with 100 feet of waterfront. Great swimming, a dock, shared kayaks, and shared kids play set. Perfect family getaway. Great for fisherman, ice fishing, or a peaceful couples get away. The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp as the depth, current, and pressure there cause instability in ice accumulation. Guests can access the ice from long point state park 1.5m away

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Your group will be comfortable in this open floor plan home, five minutes from Cape Vincent and twelve minutes from Clayton. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Sleeps seven comfortably. Three bedrooms (one king bed, one full and one queen,) two bathrooms and a desk area. There is a single, comfortable bed in the office area also with a privacy screen.
