A cute cottage with a POOL on a working horse farm in the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful quiet setting close to Boerne, Fredericksburg shopping, dining and Wine Country, and San Antonio. River kayaking is close by and Comfort is an Antique shopping Mecca. The horses are friendly and complete the beautiful view out your front door. We are not a riding facility but love to share our beautiful farm with visitors looking for a peaceful holiday, convenient to lots of activities. Limit two guests.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
