A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. The Chase includes the entire first floor of The Historic Hotel on Main. This 1890s Hotel has been lovingly restored. The Chase is a three bedroom, two bath suite that will sleep 8. Enjoy the open concept kitchen, living area, and dining room. There are two large flat screen TVs with Direct TV. The backyard includes a barbecue pit, picnic table and round bistro table with additional chairs.
