There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom for laundry. The flat has its own private front door and patio area. There is also underfloor heating in all areas of the flat. In the kitchen, there is an induction hob, a self cleaning oven, a built in microwave combination oven for those who want to cook a fabulous meal. The fridge/freezer is integrated and there is also an integrated dishwasher. There is a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. If you are lucky there may be a fresh home cooked loaf of bread waiting for you. If the chickens or ducks are being kind in the Summer there may also be some fresh eggs. In the bathroom, there is a large shower, with a rain shower above and water jets. The water is softened. There is a washer/dryer in the corner of the bathroom and above some fresh large fluffy towels. The mainline train station is about an 8 minute walk, with connections to Guildford, Woking, and London Waterloo. Mayford is a small village between the the city centres of Woking and Guildford. The quickest and easiest method of travel is by car. There is a bus stop only a mins walk away that takes you to Woking or Guildford. There is a mainline train station - Worplesdon approx 10 mins walk that takes you to London Waterloo, Woking and Guildford. The studio flat is attached to the main house, you may hear some general house noise from the main house. The property is located on a quiet tree lined residential road in Mayford village between Woking and Guildford. The mainline train station is about an 8 minute walk, with connections to Guildford, Woking, and London Waterloo. The ideal transport would be to have your own car to drive to around the local areas.
