Own private back yard that’s fenced, with a 4 person hot tub. The place also has many games to play as well as a grill for cooking. Separate building and entrance with a 2 car parking space, AC & tv in every room and many streaming apps. We also own a back up generator in case the area loses power. No quiet hours. Smoking allowed (outside)
