Historic cabin located just blocks from Grand Lake, the town beach, playground, and the boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Enjoy it's full kitchen,BBQ,firepit,canoe,and bike. The 3rd bedroom is a sleeping porch that can easily accommodate four. Our family has been living here full time for the past 4 years during which cabin has been remodeled. Cozy Cabin on the Fraser River

Cozy & comfortable cabin located on the Fraser River. You can hear the peaceful river from the Master Bedroom or Living Room. The trout filled Frazer river is 50 feet away! You are twenty minutes from Winter Park or Grand Lake and ten minutes to Hot Sulfur Springs. Granby has a large grocery store a mile down the road and several nice restaurants and local shops. This historic 309-square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire. On a clear night the stars are absolutely breathtaking!
