# 2 Comfortable and very clean one bedroom apt

This is a very cozy little apartment. It is attached to the main house but, they don’t communicate. It has its own private entrance, off the street parking for one vehicle and AC units. There is a 60” smart fire TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom, they are already connected to the internet. Coffee station has several k-cups, two different coffee cream flavors, sugar and substitute, there are coffer cups to go as well. We also provide a few free snacks and water bottles.

Centrally located king bed suite

This work-friendly, extra clean studio is near State Farm Stadium, Grand Canyon University, and many great hikes. It includes a fridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster oven and Keurig in our equipped kitchenette. It also features a king bed, full bath, great lighting, sitting area, 50-inch TV and a desk. The studio is attached to our house, but you will have a reserved parking space, a separate entrance, and extra sound insulation to enjoy privacy for work or relaxation.

Saddle Lane Casita, North Central Phoenix, AZ

This hidden gem is centrally located on N Mountain in N Central Phoenix. 20 min to downtown Phx, 20 min to W. Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix Int'l Airport. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.

Not inside house, attached to the side with private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen, closet . All necessities in kitchen and restroom. Parking in driveway right in front of studio. Located 9 min from Grand Canyon University. House does have a family of 4 living in it and because it’s part of the house keep in mind you will hear them occasionally. Has lock box.
