Built in 1842, this large farmhouse was the home to many generations of the Eller family. The walnut pantry in the dining room and the mantel surround of the fireplace are original to the house. If you enjoy simple living in a historical setting, you will feel at home here. The house is located across the street from the New River.

The cottage is equipped with keyless entry, fiber optic high speed internet, smart TVs, washer and dryer, mini-split A/C and heat, and a fully functional kitchen. The two bedrooms have Sealy memory foam mattresses (Queen).
