New modern home 3 miles to Sylvan Lake and near the border of Custer State park. This is the closest home to Sylvan Lake for rent and the only home of this style available for rent. The home is backed by forest service and has no gravel roads to navigate. The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.

Offering a King bed and a kitchenette, you will have everything you need for a relaxing experience. Enjoy your morning coffee underneath our community grain Silo gazebo with a propane fire pit, or relax the evening away sitting by the campfire enjoying the nightly air. Play a game of horse shoes or a gentle swing on the swing set. We do not allow pets.

Black Hills Rambler-Tiny House

If you have ever wanted to try out "tiny living" our adorable tiny house is perfect. This hand built tiny home is situated on our family property, but away from the main house to give you the privacy you are looking for. While giving you the opportunity to unplug, the Rambler is surrounded by beautiful national forest but is also ideally located just 3.5 miles from the town of Custer, SD. Easy access to Hwy 16/385 and close to all the beauty that the Black Hills to offer.
