At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. It is 10 min drive from the beautiful Terrigal and Avoca beaches. Savour the peace and quiet, sounds of bellbirds and sunlight on the north-facing deck which overlooks 180-degree, private bush views. With its own driveway & self check-in the cabin is completely private. 3 min drive to major shopping centre Erina Fair.

During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven.
