We are devastated by the losses experienced in Western NC and encourage any locals to reach out with a message prior to booking if you want to spend a few days at the Hemlock. We want to help.

Cottage on the New is a vacation home in Todd, NC with the New River running right in the front yard! ***NOTE: our private bridge sustained damage from Hurricane Helene and we are still waiting for it to be replaced. It looks bad, but is still usable. *** The outdoors is your playground with skiing, biking, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing at your fingertips. If relaxing is your style, simply enjoy the view of the river valley from the hot tub, hammock or rocking chairs.
