Nestled in the woods in beautiful Chester County, you'll enjoy privacy and seclusion even though you're just a 5 minute drive to anything you could need. We're just 8 miles from the PA Turnpike and only 38 miles (45 minutes to an hour) from Philadelphia. Feel free to bring your pet, as long as they are house broken or litter trained.

Sunny Cottage is conveniently located in the quaint yet bustling borough of Phoenixville. The location is less than a mile from Bridge Street where you’ll find dozens of restaurants, breweries, wine tasting, shops and more. The cottage is also close to Valley Forge National Historic Park and plenty of hiking and biking trails. You will be steps away from tennis/pickleball and basketball courts. The cottage is perfect for one or two couples, is private and has free off-street parking for 2 cars.

Silk Purse Cottage-a private, cozy retreat

Silk Purse Cottage (ca. 1920) is in scenic, historic Chester County, PA 6 miles from the PA turnpike. It is a completely renovated, private cottage on a 6 acre property. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Visitors who are interested in gardening, history and outdoor activities will find many opportunities close by. Hike, fish, go boating or mountain biking one mile away at Marsh Creek State Park. Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Lancaster and Philadelphia are all a short distance by car.

First floor big room with private entrance, private bathroom, and kitchenette but no stove.This house is situated about 5 minutes from Pottstown Hospital, 7 minutes for Limerick plant, 35 minutes from Reading Hospital, 30 minutes from KOP, and 50 minutes from Lincoln Financial in Philly. Street parking is always available just follow the first car to manage the space. The neighborhood is safe and quiet if you don't have any issues with cars' noises. Welcome!
