Beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens very close by . Modern art galleries 10/15 min walk which both have lovely coffee shop/ restaurants . Guests will have full access to the entire property and small patio area outside patio doors in flat . Great for coffee or glass of wine of which both are supplied. There is a bus stop less than 50m away from the entrance to the property giving direct access to the city. Leith is famous for its community feeling and openness and has a diverse range of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the entire strip. The scenic Shore area is a ten minute walk away. The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away.
