The Whitstable Pearl is a private self-contained studio flat on a quiet road in Whitstable, but only 10 minutes' walk to the beginning of the high street, and a 15-20 minute stroll from the beach. Whitstable is full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The studio includes a king sized bed, HD TV, dining area, well-equipped kitchenette, shower, toilet, plus there is also a private patio garden to enjoy.

The barn is set back from the street in a garden, access is through a driveway at the side of the main house, which is rented to a family.
