Comfortably sleeps 6 in beds - 2 on pullout couch. 1st bedroom is on the main level with king bed, closet and full bath. Also on the main level you have a 1/2 bath with washer/dryer. Welcome to Memento Vivere, in Fertile, Iowa! Memento Vivere means "Remember you have to Live" and this 126 year old house was completely brought back to life by its owners with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere, all the while preserving its charm. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is the perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. With a separate workspace, dining room, living room, kitchen, coffee/wine bar - this house has everything you need to relax and unwind.

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

The Clausen House-Historic home close to the Lake

The Clausen House has been where families have been creating memories since 2018. If you need additional space check out the Schoolhouse vacation rental located on the same property. The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a great place for large family Gatherings It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. Close to downtown and the Lake with only a short walk!

Lake Front Retreat

This fully furnished lake front cabin is located on South Shore in Clear Lake! It was updated (2017 & 2020) with gorgeous views of the lake. The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with sleeping arrangements for 10 people. This is the perfect retreat to enjoy the lake in the summer or a snowmobiling/ice fishing getaway in the winter. The property has 50 ft of shoreline with a dock for swimming and outdoor fire pit. Welcome to the Clear Lake Escape! One block off the water, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy with friends/family! The home consists of 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen), + 2 sleeper sofas to COMFORTABLY SLEEP 12. (if you'd like to have over 12 guests, please contact us and we are open to accomodating requests for an additional fee- we do have a crib provided as well). There is room for a boat trailer in the driveway!
