There is a 2 nite min. stay for most weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.) Beautiful 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Welcome to your getaway - our cozy bungalow right on Honeoye Lake! Located in the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes on our waterfront property. We look forward to your stay! Comfortably sleeps 2 in a full-sized bed & 1 on our couch. The property includes flat-land lake access, seasonal dock, fire pit, gas grill, gazebo & patio, kayaks for rent, WiFi, TV/DVD, YouTube TV, cook-your-own breakfast w/eggs & fruit provided, seasonal A/C, and a pub & marina in walking distance.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
