Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Cottage Under the Oaks

A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates. Creekside Cottage (Tiny Home)

If you're looking for a true lowcountry, laid back experience, our Tiny Creekside Cottage is the place for you. We're nestled in a small eclectic neighborhood less than 3 miles from the sandy shores of Folly Beach and just 7 miles from historic downtown Charleston. The cottage sits by a tidal creek that flows in and out of the Folly River with marsh views, lots of bird watching opportunities, and the most amazing sunsets around.
