Apartment is spacious with a Texas feel! near restaurants and dining. We are located 5 miles north of main street on Llano highway (hwy16N). The apartments are on the same property as Arrowhead Self Storage. The Apartments are in the front building of the storage facility next to the office. The storage facility gates close at 9pm. Access to the facility is behind the gate making the apartments private. These apartments are two bedrooms with private water closets in each room.

Separate entrance allows for complete privacy. Perfect location for hill country dining, shopping and attractions. Some of the best wineries along with our local. We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.

The Chase includes the entire first floor of The Historic Hotel on Main. This 1890s Hotel has been lovingly restored. The Chase is a three bedroom, two bath suite that will sleep 8. The backyard includes a barbecue pit, picnic table and round bistro table with additional chairs.
