Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).

It is located on the original route to the Old Spanish Trail on the banks of the Guadalupe River, within 1/2 mile of Comfort's Historic District.
