Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Alden's Vacation Rental is located on Scout Lake Road in Sterling Alaska. We are in the heart of the best fishing in AK. King, Sockeye, Silver & Pink Salmon. There is also excellent Rainbow trout and Dolly Varden Trout. The world famous Kenai River is just a mile away. This is a very peaceful area with lots of privacy. The Moose River is also only a mile away. The famous Swanson River canoe trails are just down the road. There is a local Pizzeria, restaurants and local taverns with live music.

No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

Comfortable sunny retreat for solo adventurers. Its next to Morgan's Landing State Park and walking distance to salmon fishing on the Kenai River. We're located in the middle of the Kenai Peninsula which is nice as a home base for day trips to Homer, Seward and Cooper Landing.
