Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Montecito 2br Retreat

We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

The Sandpiper golf course and Bacara resort are minutes away. Off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac.
