The Bluebell Farmhouse

It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. You may be curious about the name “The Third Monkey” It’s inspired by an old saying: “Never seek out a fight, but if you must fight, fight like you’re the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s Ark… and brother, it’s starting to rain.” This sentiment, emphasizing determination and resilience, felt perfectly fitting given our proximity to the Ark Encounter. Just as the third monkey was ready to fight for a place on the ark, we are dedicated to ensuring your stay is nothing short of excellent.

We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.
