Ceiling 6'5" with 1 lower beam. We live upstairs--the unit is noise insulated.

A very quiet 3rd floor room with a double bed facing trees in neighbourhood back yards with a new bathroom steps away. The window faces the rising sun in the east. The house is a 4 minute walk from the boardwalk along Sunnyside Beach on Lake Ontario, a 3 minute walk to High Park and a 7 minute walk to the popular and laid back area of Roncesvalles Village with shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars with live music, a 24 hour gym, and the oldest movie theatre in Toronto, The Revue Cinema.

Our guest suite (inspired by the colours of jellybean row in St John's!) is a one bedroom basement suite with a separate entrance and free parking on a quiet residential street in South Etobicoke. 15-30 minute drive (~$20 uber) to CN Tower area (traffic-depending!). Trail close by takes you down to the waterfront and along the front of the city (Martin Goodman trail) - a 35 minute ride to the CN Tower area. 20 minute walk to Marine Parade drive - lakefront restaurants and patios!
