Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

The private room is located on the 1st floor in an idyllic wooden house. You will have access to the cozy living room and the balcony from which you can see the beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees that surround the house. The house is extremely bright and well maintained and decorated with light furniture. In addition, I take great pride in the fact that the house is always clean and neat. You will have your own entrance to the home.

We have a nice room for rent at 4.950 pr month ( deposit 5.000 kr) in a 141 m2, share-friendly house close to Hundige & Greve station, 28 min to Copenhagen center, the beach and a big shopping mall called Waves and several Supermarkets. Free: Shared washing machine, dryer, Kitchen and bathroom, internet I stay in the house with my husband and 3 children with the ages 11, 7 & 3 yrs. we have rented out the room for the past 11 years.
