Features an outdoor seating area, 2-burner stove w/ range hood, 4-in-1 oven/microwave, mini fridge, TV with streaming services, shower, efficient room heaters, and a workspace.

Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. This is included in your fees.**

This luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. Soak and play in the two-person jetted tub, enjoy the gorgeous large bathroom. Easy street parking is always available, and garden lined exterior stairs take you to the private entry and patio. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. One full sized bed, mini-kitchenette, drawers, hangers, large shower, separate bathroom, beautiful garden area. Black out blinds for skylights and window for those sensitive to light. Separate entrance.

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.

Surrounded by trees on 1/2 acre, our cottage in Kensington/ Berkeley Hills is a perfect country house in the city. Our relaxing light-filled retreat is decorated with our original textile designs, Kiran's fine art photography and has a hot tub available for the guests under the stars.
