Kukkula is a modern countryside home built in 2019 surrounded by woodland and natural light, just half an hour from Helsinki. The house sleeps six and features a sauna, BBQ, jacuzzi, and a well-planned living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The property offers privacy, while cafés, supermarkets, and lake swimming spots are just a short drive away. With free parking, outdoor furniture, and a peaceful setting, Kukkula is the perfect place for families and friends.

Forest garden apartment Kulloviken

Our lovely annex was build in 1968, few years later than the main house where we live. It has been fully rennovated to accomodate a full kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a double bed and a vintage couch. We wanted to bring back some of the farmhouse charm with wood floors, raw tiles and a good twist of rural mystic. The kitchen was hand made from scratch to perfectly take you to a past now forgotten. The modern utilityes are there for your convinience, without breaking the spell.

Sauna varataan erikseen (1-1,5 h). Söderkullan keskustaan 3 km, Jumboon ja lentokentälle 25 km, Porvooseen 20 km.

Annet is equipped with central heating and air condition and insulated to be used year around so it is warm and cozy even when it is cold outside. Spacious and well equipped houseboat surrounded by nature at peaceful location, with good connection to Helsinki centrum. All services are close by. Ship has finnish sauna, possibility to swim in the sea straight from the ship and has all accomodities needed to have relaxing time.

This unique villa fits perfectly to families or several couples. The house is from 1960ies, and represents Alvar Aalto style. There is a separate sauna building with wood burning stove - after the sauna you can chill on 70 sqm terrace and grill yourself a nice dinner listening to the birds singing! The surroundings of the house are very appreciated and calm - however, the bus stops are located only a few hundred meters away! It takes ca 30 minutes to travel to Helsinki City center.

We are located between Porvoo and Helsinki ( about 25 km to the both cities) Helsinki airport is within easy access 18 km away. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and chill.. but not too remote from quick visit to the town. Here is really special atmosphere and you will guaranteed fall in love with the horses. Many nice nature spots close by.
