Cozy little separate entrance studio in the basement of my house. Has a queen size memory foam bed, comfy large couch, bean bag, 73 inch screen tv, 2 seater table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and insta pot. Bathroom stocked with soap & shampoo mini bottles. Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties.

Bayview is very close to Greektown, Little Italy, Fells Point and Canton. Each of these commercial developments are no more than 1-2 miles from Drew Street. Restaurants, the waterfront and shopping districts are all located in each of these developments and provide a wide array of tastes and treats. Therefore, if you are a foodie, like wine/beer, antique shops or like to hear a band or singer every once in a while, you can definitely find something to do and travel via Uber, Lyft or Taxi.

Welcome to our Harbor Sweet. A second floor apartment that sits overtop of our Ice Cream Store. You will be in walking distance to wedding venues, marinas, restaurants, breweries, and our city’s Lighthouse where the Susquehanna River meets the Chesapeake Bay. Let us know your favorite flavor of ice cream when you book and we will have a pint waiting for you in the freezer. Approximately 8 miles from Ripken Stadium.
