Located 5 min from Villanova University & downtown Wayne; 10 min from King of Prussia; short walk to Radnor Train Station gets you to Philadelphia in 30 min with access to NYC and D.C. With a private entrance, full kitchen, bath, and bedroom, we preserved the cedar shake exterior, wood beams & floors, & exposed the cupola. Perfect for university visits, Valley Forge National Park, or Philly access without staying in the city.

Charming stand-alone guest house w/ queen bed, pull-out single sofa (best for kids), & eat-in kitchen. French press, 12 cup drip, or tea with the electric kettle. Welcome to this cozy and newly renovated house! It's in a great location, the surroundings are quiet but are near a lively Mainline town. You'll find bars, restaurants, stores, SEPTA/Amtrack stations, and Suburban Square within walking distance. It's also near many colleges such as Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, and more. It's near the center city of Philadelphia and the King of Prussia mall. The most important thing is the security around the neighborhood.

No parking fee, as this location comes with a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars! We’re a 25 min drive from most Philly social hubs, and 15 mins from Philly international airport. Early check-in/ late check-out, available upon request. It’s 25$ for 1 hour, and $20 per hour for anything more.
