Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Shoal Beachhouse - couples, families, small group

Serenity on Shoal Bay Rd is perfect for a beach side getaway for couples or families. It is situated 4 minutes’ walk from Nelson Bay shops, d'Albora Marinas & Little Beach. It sleeps 8, has an open plan living areas, full size kitchen (including dishwasher) & essential meal preparation equipment (some basic pantry items). The indoor dining seats 8 people & private courtyard has a dining table & BBQ. Guest also have access to the communal pool (refer to open times)

Bring the family & your pet to Petite Maison for a getaway from the hum drum of daily life. The house has a full size kitchen, a spacious bathroom, laundry, & a divinely comfy lounge room. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
