Set back hidden from the road in a bamboo oasis, it’s private and peaceful. Walk or bike to nearby river, beaches, forest. Or hop on the Highway 1/3 mile away. 3.5 miles to Airport, 30 to Redwood National & State Parks. We’ll share walls so you’ll sometimes hear me, though I try to be a considerate neighbor. Your comfort is very important to me!

Cocooned by Redwoods, Sitka Spruce and Huckleberries. A ladder leads you to the cozy sleeping loft, where you can gaze at the stars through the two huge skylights. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

Wake up to the redwoods, head into town to enjoy a cappuccino at a local coffee shop, located only 15 minutes away from the Arcata Plaza, come back to enjoy a dip in the hot tub, then get a goodnights rest on our memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets and memory foam pillows. 2nd set of sheets & pillows will only be included for 3+ guests! 4/20 friendly :) Property is shared with our main cabin. My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.

The Reel ‘em Inn Studio B is a private one bedroom studio for a single traveler or traveling couple.
