Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. It's home to many talented people, plus some great shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me.
