Upstairs includes a master suite with a king bed and the guest bedroom suite has two queen beds. We also have a crofter above the 2 cart garage. There is a queen and twin bed as well as a full bath. 12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway. We are animal lovers and will allow adult house broken dogs under 20 lbs for an additional fee. Pete is a retired chef and his famous smoked pimento cheese and Ritz crackers await all quests. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
